How to Use | كيفية استخدام العدسات

1. غسل اليدين | Wash Your Hands

اغسلي يديكِ جيداً بالماء والصابون، وجففيهما بمنشفة نظيفة خالية من الوبر قبل لمس العدسات.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them with a clean, lint-free towel before touching your lenses.

2. إخراج العدسات | Removing the Lenses

أخرجي العدسة برفق باستخدام أصابع نظيفة أو ملقط العدسات المخصص، مع إبقاء الأغطية السيليكونية على أطراف الملقط لحماية العدسة من الخدوش.

Gently remove the lens using clean fingers or suitable contact lens tweezers. Always keep the silicone protective tips attached to prevent damage.

3. الاتجاه الصحيح | Correct Lens Orientation

ضعي العدسة على طرف إصبعكِ. يجب أن تشبه الوعاء الصغير وحوافها متجهة للأعلى، وليس للخارج.

Place the lens on your fingertip. It should look like a small bowl with its edges pointing upward, not outward.

4. تركيب العدسات | Inserting the Lenses

ثبّتي الجفن العلوي واسحبي السفلي بلطف، ثم ضعي العدسة برفق على العين واتركي الجفون تدريجياً.

Gently hold your eyelids open, place the lens carefully on your eye, and slowly release your eyelids.

5. التنظيف والمحلول | Cleaning & Fresh Solution

نظّفي العدسات بعد كل استخدام بمحلول مخصص للعدسات اللاصقة، وغيّري المحلول القديم بمحلول جديد عند التخزين. لا تستخدمي الماء أو اللعاب.

Clean your lenses after each use using an appropriate contact lens solution. Always replace used solution with fresh solution when storing your lenses. Never use water or saliva.

6. التخزين | Lens Storage

احتفظي بالعدسات في علبة نظيفة مع محلول مناسب، واستبدلي علبة التخزين كل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل.

Store your lenses in a clean case with appropriate solution. Replace your lens case at least every three months.

7. النوم والسباحة والاستحمام | Sleeping, Swimming & Showering

لا تنامي أو تسبحي أو تستحمي أثناء ارتداء العدسات، لتجنّب خطر التهابات العين.

Never sleep, swim, or shower while wearing your contact lenses to reduce the risk of eye infections.

8. الرموش الصناعية | False Eyelashes

ركّبي العدسات قبل وضع الرموش الصناعية، واحرصي على عدم ملامسة لاصق الرموش للعدسات أو العين.

Insert contact lenses before applying false eyelashes. Keep eyelash adhesive away from your lenses and eyes.

9. العدسات التالفة | Damaged Lenses

إذا انخدشت العدسة أو تمزقت أو انثقبت، لا تستخدميها مجدداً وتخلّصي منها فوراً. الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام لا تشملها سياسة الاستبدال المجاني، دون المساس بحقوق المستهلك القانونية.

If a lens becomes scratched, torn, or punctured, do not wear it again. Dispose of it immediately. Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by free replacement, without affecting statutory consumer rights.

10. العناية بصحة العين | Eye Comfort & Safety

إذا شعرتِ بألم أو احمرار أو تشوّش في الرؤية، انزعي العدسات فوراً. إذا استمرت الأعراض أو كانت شديدة، اطلبي تقييماً عاجلاً من مختص العيون.

If you experience pain, redness, or blurred vision, remove your lenses immediately. If symptoms persist or are severe, seek prompt evaluation by an eye care professional.

11. عدم مشاركة العدسات | Do Not Share

العدسات للاستخدام الشخصي فقط. لا تشاركيها مع أي شخص، حتى بعد تنظيفها.

Contact lenses are for personal use only. Never share them with anyone, even after cleaning.
